How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours

we attempt to process every paid order and ship within 3-4 working days if placed before 1 P.M. and 5 working days if placed after 1 P.M.

Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering.

Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.

Do you have any shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are dependent on order price of the product, as the order Price is above Rs 500 charges may vary. For further details please check below:

You can track your order online. as well as you can drop us an email at abhishek88roshan@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you. Also, our partnered courier service providers - FedEx provide you with the consignment number through which you can check and track the status of your order.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from www.pixelprints.net once your order is successfully placed. This mail or SMS will have all the details related to your order.

How do I re-order previously bought items?

Easy! Please log into your account, go to order history and reorder!

Does www.pixelprints.net deliver internationally?

We do not deliver outside India. However, we can consider shipping bulk orders.
